Hi to all club members.
On behalf of our club I would like to give a big thanks to both Mark Fitzsimons (club secretary) and Tracey Chessell (club treasurer) for the time and effort they have given to our club in their respective positions this year. For personal reason, both Tracey and Mark are unable to fill these positions next year.
Therefore I welcome any club member ...with the desire to fill one of these rolls to nominate themselves for either position for 2015. Assistance from both Mark and Tracey will be given for the transition of these rolls.
An extra special meeting has been arranged for 20th January 2015 at Bathurst RSL Club at 7.00 pm to vote these positions. All PMCC members are welcome to come and vote and those interested in the rolls can contact the club president before the meeting.
I must note, without these key positions being filled our club can’t proceed with the exciting calendar we have planned for families and riders next year, so I urge all members to give strong consideration in joining our team of volunteers in these positions so as to take our club forward in 2015.
Other positions we require at race meetings are ‘race secretaries, scrutineers, clerk of course, stewards, flag Marshalls, scorers, the list goes on and on. So we welcome all members to get involved and join our team of volunteers.

What's New at PMCC:
The PMCC Committee has regrettably made the decision to increase membership fees, commencing in January 2014. Our fees have remained the same for many years and the cost of running meetings & permit increases have led to this decision.
Membership fees for 2014; Family - $40 per calendar year
Single - $25 per calendar year
The PMCC remains one of the most competitive Club's with pricing in this Region & we hope all members, old & new, will continue to support the Club.
There are a couple of changes this year to our race meetings;
The club has made the decision to raise the entry fees slightly to cover rising costs of running the event.
Seniors - $40 entry, $10 each extra class
Juniors - $30 entry, $5 each extra class
Nippers - $15 entry, no extra class
Attached is the flag format for racing this year. Click here for the link. Each class will be riding 3 rounds however we will be running 4 flag sessions. This will allow seniors to flag and not miss a round. If however you are a senior and intending to race more than 1 class, it is recommended you bring or arrange a flaggie to take over from you in your flag session to ensure you get to race in your event.
It is the aim of the club to ensure all riders get to ride all events with all the flag points being manned. Flagging allocation will be done at the sign on tables instead of at scrutineering, this will be the first point at sign on. Please assist us with this process and we can then all be satisfied all flag points are covered and everyone is assisting in the running of every event.
Please be aware that PMCC runs all events in the same format. Every rider must sign on betwen 7am and 8:30am, attend the riders brief and provide a flaggie (juniors) or flag for themselves (seniors).
